Shipping picture rails by carrier is not the same as shipping a standard package, containing a book or a pair of shoes for example.Indeed, shipping aluminum lengths (rails or rods) requires very specific precautions, namely:- using a long, light and strong packaging at the same time- using long and ergonomic internal bracing- using a wooden batten to stiffen the contents if necessary to face the "realities of the road"- using a carrier that takes these specificities into account.For information, the cost price of such packaging is around €5.50 incl. VAT, excluding transport costs obviously.We therefore only partially pass on this significant cost to our customers.

If you return the products to the store, they will be exchanged without problem, provided you bring the products back in their packaging and do so within 15 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange by mail, the conditions stated above remain valid with shipping costs at your expense (we cannot take back custom-made products).

Simply fill out the online withdrawal form; you will then receive a confirmation by email.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (Article L221-28), nor to adhesives and sealants, as these are perishable products.

Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by their original packaging.
Yes. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order preparation error.
Yes. An exchange is possible if the product is intact, unused, and returned within 14 days after customer service approval.
Exchanges are not possible for custom-made products, nor for glues and sealants.

Yes, Arti-Teq brand products are guaranteed for ten years by the manufacturer. It goes without saying that this warranty applies to proper use of the products and in compliance with their advertised technical specifications.

This service is not available for Orac products or lighting.
