Withdrawal

This form is intended to send your withdrawal request. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit this form. Please fill out the form carefully to ensure data processing is efficient.

Reminder : The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on custom-made products (Article L221-28) such as custom-made wall lights (Mauduit Biard) as well as on glues and seals which may expire.

Submitting the form : Complete the online form, and we will notify you by email upon receipt.

Product Returns: Wait for a response from customer service before returning the goods. You have a maximum of 14 days after customer service acceptance to return the products. Returned products must be in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging.

Refund: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the products in their original condition. If the products are damaged, dirty, or without their original packaging, no refund will be issued.
