Before talking about delivery, let's talk about order processing time:
Depending on the nature of the products ordered, the processing time may vary slightly:
Product availability:
All items presented on the site specify whether they are in stock or the duration in days required for them to be available for sale.
The availability period therefore does not include transport time (see below).
We keep most of our products in stock, but some may take a few working days to arrive.
The availability time indicated is respected at least 97% (2015 figure).
The few cases of non-compliance are mainly due to exceptional manufacturing disruptions, and are therefore not predictable.
Delivery method & time:

To ship our products, we have chosen to work with the European carrier DPD. You can track the delivery status of your package at any time on their website www.dpd.fr by entering your parcel number.
Delivery method and time. For mainland France, the delivery time observed is between 48 and 72 hours.
These deadlines apply to any hanging order (excluding cornice & lighting) received before 12:00 p.m.
If you are not there for delivery, the package (if it does not exceed 150 cm) can be left at the parcel relay (in the PickUp network) closest to the delivery address. In this case, a calling card will be left to provide the address of the selected parcel relay in order to collect the package.
Please note: the transport service stops at the foot of your home (no delivery upstairs)
How does it work?
Thanks to Predict, DPD provides you with an innovative delivery solution by appointment allowing you to select the day of delivery directly by SMS (or on www.dpd.fr ).
You are at the heart of the system: via SMS Predict, you choose the 3-hour time slot that suits you best from a list of suggestions.
·When ordering on our site, in order to benefit from the Predict service, you must enter your mobile phone number in the field provided for this purpose. (For an individual order)
Once the order is prepared, DPD will send you the details of the parcel's shipment. You will then receive a text message with delivery dates and time slots.
·You can respond directly by typing “1” or “2” by SMS depending on your availability (price of a standard SMS) or by going to www.dpd.fr/destinataires for more choices (delivery on other dates, to another address, to a Pickup relay, to a neighbor or to a DPD agency).
·On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive an SMS reminding you of the time slot you have chosen.

Delivery problem:
If, upon delivery of your package, you notice that it is damaged, bent, re-taped, or that items are missing from your order, you have two options :
- Refuse the package, which will then be returned directly to us. Indicate the reason for refusal on the delivery slip. Following this, we invite you to contact us to discuss possible options.
- Accept the package while making reservations: these must be significant, complete, and precise (nature of the damage & quantity of materials involved), dated and signed, and clearly affixed to the delivery slip.
From the time you sign the delivery slip with reservations (actual delivery date), you have 48 hours to send us a written complaint with photos to contact@cimaises-et-plus.com.
Without these details at the time of delivery, no recourse will be possible.
Delivery cost:
The great disparity of our products in terms of volume and length prevents us from practicing the single shipping package formula.
We are therefore led to make the following major distinctions:

Single package for mainland France of €19.95 and €25.95 for lengths of 2.30m.
Corsica: Packages with length < 100 cm: flat rate €8.90 incl. tax (shipped by Colissimo in this case)
Packages with length > 100 cm: flat rate €29.90 incl. tax
Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: single package €19.90 incl. tax
Switzerland: Flat rate €65 including VAT. DPD's partner for Switzerland is Swiss Post / Die Post / Swiss Post. Customs fees are requested by Swiss Post before delivery.
Austria, Spain, Italy: Single package €24.90 incl. VAT
Portugal, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Finland: Single package €42.90 incl. tax
Delivery abroad:
The site, in its current configuration, can only process orders to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. However, we can easily ship to most European countries, and of course, Canada. To do so, please contact us by email or phone for a personalized quote including shipping costs.
Packaging of long products such as picture rails:
In order to guarantee the perfect condition of the products, in particular the picture rails and hanging rods, upon delivery, we take particular care with their packaging.
For this purpose, we use packaging and protection products specifically designed for this purpose:
Environment :
Concerned about our impact on the environment, Cimaises &+ decides to reuse and recycle packaging boxes in order to reduce the use of new boxes as much as possible. This is why you may receive boxes that have already been used or that bear a name other than our company.
