Who are we

Picture rails &+ : hanging and picture rail enthusiasts at your service.

Cimaises &+ is an e-commerce site dedicated to picture rails and their environment developed by the company Réservoir d'images, a structure specialized in providing services to businesses in the field of wall decoration and hanging systems.

Our experience and expertise in picture hanging have led us to offer the most comprehensive and varied range of picture rails available on the French market through this online store. Subsequently, a range of picture lighting and cornices adaptable to picture rails has been added to the offering with welcome consistency.

Our Story

Originally, the company specialized in renting visuals and photographs to galleries, cultural institutions, and image professionals. This initial activity developed solid expertise in exhibition, scenography, and artwork enhancement.

Driven by the vision of its founder, Erik Bonnet, the company gradually expanded its business by offering suitable hanging solutions, convinced that the presentation of a work is as important as the work itself. This evolution led it to reposition itself around picture rails, mouldings, and suspension systems, becoming a key player in exhibition space design. In line with this, its offering then extended to lighting
to cover all needs related to wall display.

We have chosen to give a second life to our slightly damaged mouldings; you will find them in our "The Dented Ones" section under "Cornices & Mouldings."
