SX186 Contour: an elegant and resistant overlay skirting board

Skirting boards add the finishing touch to your decor, that little extra that makes a room's finish elegant. It is important to choose your skirting boards carefully to ensure a high-quality decoration. During a renovation, some old skirting boards can be difficult to remove (max. 1.7 x 9.5 cm), so overlay skirting boards are used.

Very easy installation for Orac Decor overlay skirting boards

We recommend bringing the profiles and adhesives to room temperature 24 hours before installing the overlay skirting board. The work surface must be clean, dry, and grease-free. We recommend lightly sanding the surface for better adhesive adhesion.

If the installation is carried out indoors, in a non-humid room, or on porous surfaces, we recommend using DecoFix Pro adhesive to bond the skirting board to the wall. Conversely, if the installation is carried out outdoors, on a non-porous surface, or in a humid environment, DecoFix Hydro adhesive will be ideal.

For the joint between the profiles, we recommend using DecoFix Extra.
