Choosing the right hanging cord or cable

How to choose between a Slider or a Twister?
These 3 models are not compatible with all picture rails and are inserted into the rails differently.
So how do you choose the one that will suit you best?
A quick comparison is in order:

The Slider:

must be inserted into the picture rail from one of its ends, then slid to the desired position
has the disadvantage of moving everything when adding or removing a cord
economical price
Compatible with all rails except Classic & Classic+

The Twister:

can be inserted into the picture rail at any point, by hooking it from underneath
with a horizontal quarter turn rotation
allows you to stay at a certain distance (20 cm) from the picture rail to perform the manipulation
Compatible with all rails except Classic & Classic+

The Twister Cliq2Fix:

Locking system for even greater security
can be inserted into the picture rail at any point, by hooking it from underneath
with a horizontal quarter turn rotation
allows you to stay at a certain distance (20 cm) from the picture rail to perform the manipulation
Compatible with all rails except Classic & Classic+
